The Jetta could be near it’s end!

So you may be aware that I am a die hard volkswagen fan. I have only owned 2 cars in my whole life: a 78 Rabbit and a 97 Jetta. I may be looking for my 3rd VW after I slammed into someone the other day. Whoops! I was driving home and only about 5 block from my house when i was looking for a number in my cell phone and when I looked up everyone in front of me was stopped. I then slammed on my brakes and tried to swerve but it was way to late. I plowed into the car in front of me. It was pretty surprising to see traffic had stopped. So my car has significant damage to the front and right side. I think it may be totalled just because the car’s only worth about $4000 or so. I’m waiting to hear back from the body shop on what the cost of the damage will be. I’ll keep you posted on what happens and I’ll get a dew pictures posted as well. It looks real messed up. My poor car…

Well, here I am the pround new father of an incredible young man, Judah David Cunnington.
He is the coolest most good looking little baby I have ever seen! Of course i’d say that because it’s my kid right? Well actually no, i’ve seen a lot of not so cute newborn babies but this one is incredibly cute. Well anyways, he is unbelievably amazing and I can’t really express enough words to express all that I am feeling. It is actually quite sureal right now.
It’s like this little bundle of joy has entered and totally changed my life in a profound way. I will be posting more on this of course soon and the life impact this has on me and Havilah.

bitter sweet

So here I am again in Kansas City but just for a quick trip and it is kind of bitter sweet as well. I heard the news the other day that my very good friend Luke Simmons had passed away. It was very shocking and sad to say the least. Luke was a great man and incredible friend. He taught me a lot about God. I rejoice with him now as he is with the Lord, no longer battling the cancer and complete without spot or blemish. Luke I will see you again one day soon! I also am getting to spend a little extra time here to soak in the house of prayer and see a few friends, which is a total blessing. Oh yeah and my friend Shawn is once again helping me with this darn blog. Ha!

What’s the deal with blogs?

•October 16, 2006 • 2 Comments

I really think blogs are cool and I have several friends with them that I check often. However I started one a few month back and have only made like 3 posts. I think I would really like blogging if i knew more about it and was better at it. So i am going to make another atempt at this by going with WordPress this time and a new fresh design. Yeah i pretty much have the coolest generic free template blog possible! So stay with me and stay tuned…
